Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the floating frame I ordered. It is beautifully made and the quality is outstanding. It was also received incredibly fast, especially considering it was \"custom\" sized to my exact specifications. And finally, I had an immediate change of mind on my order after placing it, and called the next day to see if I could alter it. This request was granted without hesitation. I think the work you have done for me is really wonderful, thank you very much. I have just received 4 canvases ordered last week. They are all great except the 8x10 of the ship in the water. There is a white speck right on the boat on the right side which has probably stuck on it when the finish went on I think. Also there is a slight dent on the canvas on the right side. I may have to get you to redo it. It is an order to send to Australia, to a gallery in Sydney. Will call you, but otherwise you are fantastic artisans.

Disappointed! Inside of frame approximately 1/8\" too small. Canvas wouldn\'t fit in several frames. Plastic looks cheap and outside frame for larger canvases too small in proportion to canvas size.
