I MUST write this and commend your company for an excellent experience I just had with you. I bought a painting from an artist in the UK not knowing that it would be un-stretched from it's original frame and shipped to me simply rolled up in a tube. I'd never heard of such in all the paintings I've purchased over the years. After calling and visiting several companies that might re-stretch it near me, no one would touch it because it had been stretched and wouldn't take the responsibility. I believe Artfinder, whom I purchased it through, found your company in BC, some 2000 plus miles away from Ohio.
I then called you direct, and you immediately welcomed the challenge, quoted me a very fair price, arranged the entire project for me in minutes. I shipped it to you, you re-stretched my painting perfectly. There is no way you can tell it has been reworked. Plus, you carefully put black tape completely around the back frame, and installed screws and a hanging wire, along with pads at the bottom for protection. All I might add were a surprise and very welcomed. You then wrapped it in a custom made box with proper banding, and shipped it back to me in a very short amount of time. Another surprise was FedEx shipping was only $19.00. All I had to do is unwrap it, put a nail in the wall and hang and begin enjoying it.... FINALLY! I struggled with this prior to discovering Keen Art Media for far too many hours.
I want to personally thank you for your service, expertise, and professionalism in making this crazy ordeal come to such a wonderful, (and peaceful), happy ending. Wishing you and your fine company continued success. I will use and recommend you at any time of need.

Shemshi, | Thank you but! I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it.
