Diana, | customer service was superb I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. Your customer service was superb, turn-around and shipping fantastic, and faster than I expected. Please pass our comments on to your entire staff and feel free to use them as testimonial. Thanks!
