Thank you. I have received the last shipment and the double mats are perfect. They are in frames on the wall now and look great. Thanks for your excellent customer service on getting this right in the end. I can't hide my disappointment with your quality control considering this order was placed Feb 1st. I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it. KeenART: We will send a replacemnt.
